Yudetamago's "Kinnikuman" manga series has been a massive hit since its publication in the 1980s.
Gordon Maeda will play the role of himself in the upcoming live-action drama series.
A total of ten episodes have been announced for the series and it is set to premiere in October.
The show is structured as a documentary-style program where Gordon will be depicted working for the live-action "Kinnikuman" movie.
Fans are delighted to know that Gordon Maeda will be joining the cast. Gordon appeared in the live-action Tokyo Revengers film.
