Free! The Final Stroke

Though the real Olympics is over and done, one of the biggest sporting events for otakus this year is yet to begin.
They released a new trailer featuring the theme song “Heading to Over – Version: Free” by Japanese rock band OLDCODEX.
The trailer starts with Haruka as he bolsters himself before the competition. Soon enough, the hyped-up theme song kicks in, and Haruka jumps into the fray.
Another main focus of the trailer was Alberto Volandel, the current world champion and the final obstacle Haruka faces on his way to Sydney Trophy.
It has also released limited postcards featuring the characters available for sale at screening theatres.
The upcoming film is a must-watch for fans and will serve as closure to the stories of friendship and heartbreaks we have cherished so far with Free!
